To allow an opportunity for all to speak, time limits have been set for speakers wishing to speak. Under normal circumstances, time limits are:

• Public Comment (Agenda and non-agenda items) – 3 minutes
• Applicant/appellant Presentation – 10 minutes
• Rebuttal by applicant/appellant – 5 minutes

However, if necessary to assure completion of certain items, the presiding officer may establish shorter time limits.

A timing system will be activated at the beginning of a presentation. 

Speakers are asked to submit a "Speaker Card" for each agenda item to be addressed.
